The Story

Saved by Design originated from a love of scripture and a desire to make God’s Word known.

In 2012, Saved by Design’s lead designer prayed that God would give her creativity for His glory.
Since she was studying the book of Genesis at Bible Study Fellowship, it made sense to begin there.
Thus Saved by Design had its start and four years later, the Lord inspired the idea for a website.
But what to call it? One word kept coming up, “Saved”. One word however was not enough.
So by divine inspiration “by Design” was added as well as a dot net –
which is fun since fishing in scripture is associated with evangelism.

The Logo and The Lamb

The logo reflects the simplicity of the gospel message.
Two arrows point to the choice in direction every person has to make:
to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord or reject Him and His finished work on the cross.
Red stands for the blood of Jesus and black for our sin which is washed white when a sinner repents.
A secondary pictogram of a white lamb on a splatter of red adds to the overall concept of salvation through Jesus –
the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

The designs presently consist of: The Genesis Series, The Matthew Series, the Bible Series, Hymns
and a Miscellaneous category with Christmas cards and other goodies.

To God be the glory,
great things He has done;
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son.
